If you have already started mentally customizing an Analogic experience for yourself, that means that you share our vision of connecting with the world through similarities. If you have the Analogic spirit, let’s get started with creating your educational experience abroad.

Application process

  • 1. Read carefully all program components in our website (study or internship programs) , and make sure this is the program you want. Review the academics, cultural information and services included. Here, there is a special section of all the available courses that you can pre-register, before you have your definitive selection that is done on site in Chile, during the orientation days, prior classes start.
  • 2. Please click here or go to https://analogicabroad.org/apply-form/ to start your application
  • 3. You will be redirected to a new page containing one form that you must fill in with personal information, your current academic status, and preferences about academics, homestay accommodations, and health and safety requirements. You have until January 15th to submit the forms filled in.
  • 4. In the next 48 hours after submission of this form, Romina Lavín (Analogic Vice President) will send you a new email reporting that your application has been accepted or not. If you have been accepted, you will see a link to make the reservation payment until January 30th ($500 US dollars).
  • 5. After payment confirmation, you will be contacted by an Analogic professional to appoint an online interview. The purpose of the interview is to meet you and answer all further questions should you have. Also, we will request you to send us the following documents:

    (i) A letter from your study abroad advisor that you have been authorized to do your selected program with Analogic Abroad.
    (ii) A copy of your passport (Only ID section)
    (iii) A copy of your transcript ***You have one week to send the documents as a deadline.
  • 6. Once Analogic receives these documents, we will send you an email with program contract, and the link for you to pay the 30% of the total program fee.
  • 7. 24 hours after you send these three documents, the contract properly signed, and 30% of the program fee payment, Analogic will send you the following documents to be presented before the Chilean Consulate for visa purposes:

    (i) A formal notification of acceptance in the program.
    (ii) A formal acceptance letter from the host university.
    (iii) A letter of payment solvency and insurance coverage
  • 8. Finally, Analogic will send you a comprehensive itinerary of your program schedule, including a predeparture orientation online meeting, a program manual, your expected arrival day in Chile, and many more.

DEADLINES

It is important to keep in mind the dates of the programs are interested in. These dates will not be changed, and for that reason, Analogic invites you to be aware of the duration of your program while making extra plans for your experience in Chile. There are three key dates to consider: P.F.V: Program-Flight tickets-Visa dates. For now, Analogic provides you the “P” dates:
