PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

Analogic Abroad is proud to offer transparent, understandable and comprehensive charges with no hidden costs. As a non-profit organization, it is our policy to keep the price to a minimum level for our applicants, while incorporating several extra costs into the overall program cost for items or curricular activities that are added to ensure a student’s unique Study Abroad experience. This includes the Hypercultural Coaching Program or Hypercultural Academic Seminar, a two-week Intensive Spanish course as a part of selected programs, course reading materials and textbooks, a local SIM card, a local transportation card, and more.

While much is included in the program fees, there are additional expenses you should keep in mind and budget for as necessary, which include but are not limited to: international airfare, visa expenses as a part of the application process, etc.

Payment Obligations

The information contained on this web page is superior to any verbal or other written information that anyone may receive regarding the payment obligations or refund policy of Analogic Abroad.

Deferral

If you wish to defer your participation from one semester term to another, please contact the Analogic Abroad staff (ivesela@analogicabroad.org) to discuss your options. Requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis, and all applicants should be aware that they cannot defer to another term to avoid cancellation fees.

Program Change Policies

Changes to your primary program registration within 30 days before the program start date will result in a charge of $150. If you opt to change your program after the official arrival day in Chile, the fee will be $300. Please note that this only applies for changes done up to the end of the first week of classes.

Late Payment

In the case that all fees are not paid by the end of the first week of the program, the participant will be dismissed from the program. In very exceptional cases, the participant can arrange a partial payment deadline extension with the Analogic Abroad staff upon a written permission by Analogic Abroad to postpone a part of the payment.

Billing Information

You can split the payment into two installments, but please note that 50% of all fees must be paid to Analogic Abroad before arrival and the rest of all fees (50%) by the end of the first week of the program. Invoices will be issued via email to you as a student directly approximately six to eight weeks prior to the program’s start date. Transfers made payable to Analogic Abroad are the only acceptable form of payment.

Payments should be made in U.S. Dollars and it is the participant’s responsibility to consider all the bank intermediary and transaction payments (please, double-check with your bank regarding any possible transaction fees associated with the Analogic Abroad payment options as well as with transactions processed outside of the country of payment origin). ALL BANKING TRANSACTION FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SENDER and not Analogic Abroad.
